Roasted Garlic
Roasted Garlic
Add a kick to any dish by roasting garlic on the grill. To roast garlic, carefully cut the top of the garlic bulb so that the tops of the cloves are exposed. Drizzle with a few drops of olive oil and lightly season with salt and pepper. Wrap in Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Aluminum Foil and grill over medium heat for 40 minutes. Roasted garlic is great to add to salsas, salads, sauces and garlic toast.
