Barbecue Chicken

chicken pieces, skin removed (1 chicken breast half, 2 thighs, 3 drumsticks)

cup barbecue sauce

PREHEAT oven to 450°F.

LINE 13x9x2-inch pan with Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Foil. Brush barbecue sauce over both sides of chicken. Place chicken in foil-lined pan. Reserve remaining barbecue sauce for basting.

BAKE 40 to 45 minutes, brushing top of chicken with barbecue sauce every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender.

THE REYNOLDS KITCHENS TIP: The quickest way to line a pan is to turn the pan upside down. Place foil with non-stick side toward pan. Press foil around pan. Remove foil. Flip pan upright and drop foil inside. Non-stick side should be toward food. Crimp foil edges to rim of pan./span
