Chicken Jambalaya for Two

sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

pound chicken tenders

1/4

pound smoked turkey sausage, sliced

medium zucchini, sliced

1

cup instant rice

1

can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes with green pepper and onion

to 2 teaspoons dried Cajun seasoning

PREHEAT oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high.

CENTER half of chicken, sausage and zucchini on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Arrange rice around ingredients. Spoon tomatoes over ingredients; sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Top with ice cubes.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make two packets.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven

OR GRILL 11 to 13 minutes in covered grill. Stir before serving./span
