Herbed Vegetable Packet

sheet (18x24-inches) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

small onion, thinly sliced

3

cups broccoli florets

2

medium carrots, thinly sliced

1

medium yellow squash or zucchini, sliced

1

teaspoon dried basil

1

teaspoon garlic salt

ice cubes

2

tablespoons butter or olive oil

PREHEAT oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high.

CENTER vegetables on sheet of Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil. Sprinkle with seasonings. Top with ice cubes and butter.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large foil packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.

BAKE 20 to 25 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven

OR GRILL 15 to 20 minutes in covered grill. /span
