Easy Cheesy Potato Packets

sheets (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap® Non-Stick Foil

pounds (4 medium) potatoes, cut in 1/4–inch slices

12

ounces ham, cut in 1/2–inch cubes

1

package (10 oz.) frozen green peas

1/2

teaspoon pepper

1

jar (16 oz.) pasteurized process cheese sauce


PREHEAT
oven to 450°F or grill to medium-high.

CENTER one-fourth of potato slices on each sheet of Reynolds Wrap Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Top with ham and peas; sprinkle with pepper. Spoon cheese sauce over ingredients.

BRING up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Repeat to make four packets.

BAKE 30 to 35 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven OR

GRILL 8 to 12 minutes in covered grill. /span
