OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, WHO ARE 18 YEARS OR OLDER OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR STATE OF RESIDENCE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY. RESIDENTS OF PUERTO RICO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING

1. HOW TO ENTER: The Reynolds® BBQ University Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") starts 3/16/10 at 12:00 A.M., E.T. and ends 4/30/10 at 11:59:59 P.M., E.T. ("Sweepstakes Period"). To enter the Sweepstakes, go to http://www.reynoldswrapgrilling.com/BBQU during the Sweepstakes Period and submit the information required on the registration page, including name, valid email address, complete street address (P.O. Boxes will not be accepted), telephone number and date of birth. Limit: One (1) entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the email address you use. Entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 P.M., E.T. on 4/30/10.

2. GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING: On or about 5/7/10, the names of two potential Grand Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Circle One Marketing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Grand Prize Winners will be notified either by email, postal mail, overnight courier and/or telephone on or about 5/10/10. The decisions of Reynolds Consumer Products Company and Circle One Marketing (hereinafter referred to as the "Co-Sponsors") shall be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes.

3. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: GRAND PRIZES (2): Two (2) Grand Prize Winners will each receive a trip to BBQ University for two persons to take place between 6/10/10 – 6/13/10 ("Trip") consisting of roundtrip coach airfare from major airport nearest to Grand Prize Winner’s residence to Denver, CO; 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (one standard room/double occupancy) at the Broadmoor Hotel, Colorado Springs; two (2) tickets to BBQ University® at the Broadmoor Hotel; daily Continental breakfasts and multi-course lunches for two at the Cheyenne Lodge (ARV: $4,893 each Trip). If the actual retail value is less than stated Approximate Retail Value, the Grand Prize Winner will not receive the difference between actual retail value and the Approximate Retail Value. All expenses not specified above, such as dinners, beverages, mini-bar, entertainment, telephones, souvenirs, gratuities, ground transportation, insurance, personal or spa services, etc., are solely each Grand Prize Winner’s responsibility. All accommodations and reservations will be as arranged by Co-Sponsors and are subject to advance notice, holiday black-out dates and availability. Trip must be taken on dates specified or it will be forfeited in its entirety and Co-Sponsors will have no further responsibility to the Grand Prize Winner. Each Grand Prize Winner and travel companion must possess required travel documents and must travel together on same itinerary. Co-Sponsors have no responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated tickets and/or travel documents, baggage, flight delays, or any other occurrences beyond its control. Co-Sponsors have no responsibility for any Grand Prize Winner's inability or failure to accept or utilize the Grand Prize as described herein or for any travel companion's inability to utilize the Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be 18 years of age or older unless Grand Prize Winner is respective travel companion's parent, legal guardian or spouse Other Trip restrictions may apply. Each potential Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return a notarized Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance and Publicity/Liability Release, where allowed by law, and such other documents as may be reasonably requested by Co-Sponsors. Failure of the potential Grand Prize Winner to sign and return these documents by the return date specified in the prize notification will result in forfeiture of the entire Grand Prize; and, the selection of an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release, as allowed by law, within the time period stated by Sponsor or the travel companion will not be allowed to accompany the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes in the amount of the actual retail value of the Trip and must submit his/her Social Security Number, as required by law. All federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Prize is not transferable or substitutable except by Co-Sponsors with one of equal or greater value. Co-Sponsors are not responsible for any Grand Prize Winner's inability to utilize the Grand Prize as stated herein. The Grand Prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable or substitutable except by Co-Sponsors with one of equal or greater value. Additionally, Co-Sponsors may, at their sole discretion, disqualify and select an alternate potential Grand Prize Winner for: (a) any failure to respond to notification within the time specified by Co-Sponsors; (b) the return of notification as undeliverable; (c) any failure to provide Co-Sponsors with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (d) any failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including, without limitation, providing his/her respective Social Security Number for tax purposes) or a Liability/Publicity Release by the return date specified by Co-Sponsors, regardless of the cause of such failure; or (e) any other non-compliance with the Official Rules. Limit: Only one (1) Grand Prize per person or household address. All Grand Prizes will be awarded. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, as of time of entry; however, employees, independent contractors, directors and officers of Reynolds Consumer Products Company and Circle One Marketing (collectively, the "Co-Sponsors"), and each of their respective parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, distributors, web design, advertising, and fulfillment agencies (collectively, "Co-Sponsor & Others"), and other individuals and entities involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent or "step" of each of the aforementioned individuals) and those living in the same households of each are not eligible to enter or win. Residents of Puerto Rico are ineligible to participate.

5. RELEASE: By acceptance of the Grand Prize, each Grand Prize Winner releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Co-Sponsors & Others on an individual and collective basis from and against any and all costs, claims, damages, or any other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including, without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or the receipt, use or misuse, of the Prize or any Prize-related activity, whether hosted by Co-Sponsors or a third party.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/ INTERNET: Co-Sponsors & Others are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical, typographical or electronic or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Co-Sponsors & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this Sweepstakes. Co-Sponsors are not responsible for any typographical errors in any Sweepstakes related materials. Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any bot, robotic or other device or artifice to play multiple times or to interfere with the proper operation of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified. Entrants found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes or acting in an unsportsmanlike manner, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and may be subject to prosecution. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is compromised by viruses, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which might corrupt the administration, security, fairness or intended proper play of the Sweepstakes, Co- Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion to modify, discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes and to select the potential Winner from among eligible entries received prior to such modification, discontinuation, suspension or termination of the respective Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Co-Sponsors and/or their designees for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, for marketing purposes, as stated at http://www.reynoldspkg.com/common/display/privacy.html and as allowed by law. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE CO-SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) of the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Macomb County, Michigan. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Michigan and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Michigan. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred outof- pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Promotion and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages.

7. GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Co-Sponsors which are final and binding in all matters and all respects relating to this Sweepstakes. CO-SPONSORS & OTHERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NONINFRINGEMENT AS REGARDS THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY COMPONENT OF THE GRAND PRIZE. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OF EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO LEARN IF ANY OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and wherever else prohibited by law. Acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes the Grand Prize Winner's consent to the use of his/her name, biographical information, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, worldwide, as determined by Sponsor and its designees and representatives without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All entries and/or materials submitted become the property of Co-Sponsors and will not be returned. Co-Sponsors & Others are not responsible for any lost, late, undeliverable/undelivered, or postage due mail.
