Here are some everyday grilling uses for Release Non-Stick Foil:
Grill Rack Liner: Place sheet of Release Non-Stick Foil with drainage holes on grill rack with non-stick (dull) side facing up toward food. Drainage holes allow fats to gradually drain away from the food, preventing excessive flare-ups. The easy way to make drainage holes in the non-stick foil is to lay a sheet of foil over a cold grill rack, a broiler pan, or a cooling rack. Using a grilling fork or carving fork, make several holes in the foil wherever the food will be placed. Place the sheet of foil with drainage holes on a preheated grill. See Safety Tips for Grilling for other grilling tips. Wrapping Foods: Center sheet of Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side toward food. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Foil Grill Pan: To make a Foil Grill Pan, stack two sheets of Release Non-Stick Foil with non-stick (dull) side facing up. Use a baking pan to form the desired shape. Flip the pan upside down. Press the stacked sheets of foil around pan with non-stick (dull) side down. Remove foil, flip the shaped Foil Grill Pan upright; crimp ends to make handles. The non-stick side should be facing up. Place Foil Grill Pan on a tray to transport to and from grill. Follow all Safety Tips for Grilling for grilling.
When you use Release, will it change/affect the cooking time?
No, using Release Foil will not affect the cooking time of your favorite recipes. However, pan lining with Release Foil will cut down on your cleaning time!
