Cooking with children

Chicken Wraps (makes 2 servings)
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 4 Carrots
- Cheese
- Broccoli florets
- 2 Tortilla wraps
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry in a tiny bit of olive oil in a non-stick pan until cooked through.
Meanwhile, grate the carrots and cheese and steam some fresh broccoli florets (perhaps in the microwave for speed). Warm 2 flat tortilla wraps in the microwave for 20 seconds each.
Give each child a tortilla with some chicken on it and then help them fill up the wrap with their choice of ingredients before rolling it up.
