Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Directions:
LINE a baking tray with Baco® Baking Paper. Rinse strawberries; pat dry.
PLACE chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Stirring every 30 seconds, microwave on HIGH until chocolate is melted, 1 to 2 minutes.
DIP half of each strawberry in melted chocolate. Place on paper lined baking tray. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
