Quick and Easy Camembert 'Fondue'

Directions:

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C/Gas 4.

Take the camembert from its box and remove wax paper wrapping, return the camembert to its box.

Make six deep incisions in the camembert and insert a sprig of thyme and a sliver of garlic into each one. Drizzle the surface with the white wine and season with salt and pepper. Replace the lid, wrap the whole box in foil and bake in the oven for 25 – 30 minutes.

Carefully remove the foil and lid and discover a delicious pot of molten cheese, perfect for dipping with warm crusty bread.

Ingredients:

  • BacoFoil® Classic - enough to wrap a box of camembert
  • 1 whole camembert in wooden box
  • 6 mini sprigs of thyme
  • 6 thin slices garlic
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • Salt and ground black pepper
