Broccoli Au Gratin

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 180°C. Line a 13x9x2-inch Roasting tin with BacoFoil® Non-Stick.

COOK broccoli florets according to package directions; drain. Arrange cooked broccoli in the BacoFoil® Non-Stick tin. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine eggs, soup, sour cream and onion; spread over cheese and broccoli. Combine stuffing mix and butter; sprinkle over casserole.

BAKE 35 to 40 minutes or until heated through

BACO® KITCHENS TIP: 3 tablespoons olive oil can be substituted for the butter, if desired.

  • 2 bags (500g each) of broccoli florets
  • 6oz/175g grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 20oz/500g cream of broccoli soup, undiluted
  • 165ml low fat sour cream
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 6oz/175g herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
